In 2014, a leading Finnish insurance company Pohjola made a decision to enter the private hospital market in Helsinki. Dr. Rantanen and his team were invited by the leader of the project, Mr. Harri Aho, to assist in planning the processes of the hospital based on the Hospital NEO experience. Pohjola Hospital (initially named Omasairaala) was an immediate success and encouraged Pohjola to expand nationwide.
