Up and Running is a Swedish owned sports medicine and rehabilitation company in Dubai, operating a chain of clinics under the leadership of Dr. Anna Zickerman. During the years 2014–2018, Dr. Rantanen took part in the expansion of the company as a business developer as well as a clinical orthopaedic surgeon.
